The Tripp Lite by Eaton 6-ft. HDMI to DVI Digital Video Cable allows interconnection between digital display devices, such as DTVs (Digital Television), such as HDTVs and projectors, to digital source devices, such as set-top boxes, DVD/DVD-R players, and AV receivers. HDMI DTVs will display video received from existing DVI-equipped products, and DVI-equipped TVs will display video from HDMI sources. The HDMI/DVI adapter cable does not support audio.
